Secure Payment Gateway Options

I accept secure payments via Paypal and Stripe and also by credit card. My shop will never receive the buyer's credit card information. Sorry, no checks nor money orders. Full payment is due at time of purchase.

Free Shipping • Ships Within USA Only

I offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, shipped only within the USA. Items generally ship within 1 to 3 business days after a full payment. Delivery time is about 1-3 weeks depending on the buyer's location. Allow for shipment delays during holidays and harsh weather conditions.

*Important* Please make sure your payment and shipping address are correct. I will ship orders to the provided shipping address and only within the USA.

Buyers may request a preferred carrier for rush order shipments and for large items. Shipping insurance is highly recommended. Additional fees will be applied to the invoice. If you would like a custom shipping quote or rush order, please contact me ASAP so that, I might suggest a shipping option.

Combined Shipping Available When Possible

I accept combined shipping on similarly sized items. Combined shipping can be applied automatically during checkout for similar sized items, when applicable. I offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mall. If you have questions please contact me.

Confirm Correct Payment and Shipping Address

*Important* I must assume that the shipping address provided at checkout is the correct shipping address. Please make sure that the shipment address entered at checkout is the address where you'd like your package to be sent.

I ship orders to the shipping address provided by you (the buyer) and not to the address provided by your payment gateway.

If your payment gateway and shipping address do not match, I may send you (the buyer) an email asking to which address I should send your package.

Note, the buyer will pay repeat shipping costs if, an addressee does not accept nor pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me.

Gift-Wrapping Service by Request

I will be happy to gift-wrap a purchased item and enclose a handwritten card with your personal message. Contact me promptly prior to shipping. Please be sure that the shipping address for your gift recipient is correct. Fees apply. Shipments generally occur 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

Expedited Shipping • Preferred Carrier • Insurance

I provide free shipping via USPS First Class Priority Mail. To request a preferred carrier, alternate method or expedited rush order, contact me ASAP so that, I might suggest a few shipping options. Additional fees will apply. If overcharged for estimated shipping, buyer will be promptly refunded.

If you have already placed your order please, contact me ASAP.

Actual delivery time may depend on the buyer's preferred shipping carrier and location. Insurance coverage is strongly recommended for all artworks being shipped.

Estimated shipping delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If time is short and a special delivery date is required an upgrade to Express shipping can be offered for an additional fee.Please allow for shipment delivery delays during holidays and harsh weather conditions.

Order Cancellations Accepted Prior to Shipment

Purchased items may be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact me ASAP if, you need to cancel an order before shipment. I will always check for a buyer's most current email message update prior to shipping. Items generally ship within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds -- 15 Day Returns

*Read Carefully* Let me know immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your purchased artwork, so that, we can resolve the issue. I accept returns and exchanges in nearly all situations.

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-customized or 'ready made' artworks. Contact me promptly within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Do not send your artwork packaged back to me without first contacting me.

Returning items must be carefully shipped in their original protective packaging and shipped back to me within 15 days of delivery, for a full money-back refund on undamaged items. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

If the purchased item/ package arrives damaged or due to my error, contact me ASAP. I will do my best to remedy the situation. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Customer satisfaction is my highest priority!

Customized or Personalized Orders Are Not Returnable

I generally do not accept returns nor exchanges for customized or commissioned artwork. I will handle refunds for a customized or commissioned artwork on a case by case basis. Please contact me promptly if, the item arrives damaged or due to my error. If you have any questions please, contact me so that, we can resolve the issue.

Returns Accepted Within 15 Days of Delivery

*Important Read Carefully* Artworks on paper are fragile and prone to damage if not handled properly. Note, returns must be shipped back to me within 15 days of delivery for a full money-back refund.

Purchased artworks will arrive in a protective packagin, non-bendable, flat cardboard mailers or if, larger than 12 inches, rolled inside a sturdy mailing tube. Artworks will be placed between acid-free paper sheets or inside acid-free clear plastic sleeves. A water-resistant plastic-wrap will also be applied to help prevent moisture damage during shipment.

*Important* Do not discard the protective packaging material - not until after the artwork has been safely enclosed behind glass or within a picture frame to maintain its archival quality. If the artwork is to be returned, please return the item in its original protective packaging and ship within 15 days of delivery. Note, I use recycled packaging materials when available.

Damaged Shipments On Arrival

I make every effort to package your orders with care, yet, if your item arrives obviously damaged, do not open the package. Photograph the visible damage then, mark it “Return to Sender” and ship the package back to me. Message me ASAP so that, we can proceed with a 'damaged during shipment' claim. To the best of my ability, I will replace or refund your purchase.

Please take photographs of any damage indicated within 7 days of receiving it (including the package damage) and send these photos to me ASAP via email. This will help with making a 'damaged during shipment' claim and a money refund to the buyer.

In the unlikely event that your purchased item arrives obviously damaged, please contact me immediately so that, we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If damage resulted due to shipment damage the buyer is eligible for a refund. Note -- I can't be held responsible for non delivery, delays, shipping damages or lost items, when these situations were beyond my control.

Shipment Delays and Lost Items

Please contact me via email if you have not received your item within a reasonable time. Note, I ship all purchased items via USPS Priority Mall with insurance and tracking. Delivery dates are only estimations and may vary especially during holidays. In nearly all cases, you can rest assured that you will most likely receive your artwork.

Note, I cannot be held responsible for shipment delays, shipping damages nor lost items, when these situations are beyond my control. Always be sure to enter the correct shipping address during your purchase checkout. I always ship with secure tracking and insurance via USPS Priority Mail.

Copyright Transfer By Written Agreement Only

All Images are Copyrighted by Linda Headland Fine Art. I will retain copyrights of all artworks created and sold by me. Even after the buyer had purchased my artwork, no image will be permitted to be copied or reproduced by any means without my expressed written agreement. I reserve the right to publicly display any artwork created by or sold by me.

Additional Information for Buyer

Important!! Artworks on paper are fragile and prone to damage if, not handled properly. Please follow my care instructions so that, the artwork will retain its archival quality and enjoyment for many years to come. Computers and other digital device screens may not accurately display the true colors of the purchased artwork. Although slight, these digital color variations are unavoidable.

Copyright watermarks -- Please note that, the artworks displayed within my shop may contain copyright watermarks. These watermarks will not appear on the original purchased artwork.

If by any chance the artwork might have a physical defect of any kind, though extremely unlikely, this defect will be described within my shop description. Purchased artworks must be returned in the same condition as when shipped for a full money-back refund.

Care of Artwork

Included within the item's shipment will be printed instructions for the care of the artwork. Please follow these suggestions, carefully, to preserve the archival quality and enjoyment of your purchased artwork for many years to come.

I recommend that the artwork be safely stored in the protective packaging provided during shipping. Avoid artwork's exposure to moisture, dramatic temperature changes, prolonged sun-light exposure and contact with acidic materials, such as, masking tape and newsprint.

Handle artwork only by its outer edges to prevent smudging and wrinkling of the paper. All artworks have been sprayed lightly with matte fixative to reduce smudging. However, this fixative does not waterproof the artwork. Professional framing is recommended using acid-free matting materials behind glass. .
